Junior Karate:

Our 5th Dan black belt instructor Paul teaches Shotokan karate to children aged between 6 and 13 where they will have the opportunity to progress up through the belts in a safe and fun environment.

Adult’s martial arts fitness training:

A fitness class that incorporates techniques and moves from shotokan karate to build strength, coordination and stamina with an opportunity to progress up through the Karate belts if you desire.

Gentle Pilates:

Relax and unwind in this low impact core exercise class. The aim is to improve flexibility and strength and to create a balance in the body. It includes comprehensive regulation of the physical functions and leads to physical and mental relaxation

Walking group:

Join our friendly walking group as we set off to explore the fantastic walks in and around the Dearne Valley, our gentle walks are between 3 – 5 miles usually finishing with lunch at a local pub or picnic spot!

Sequence dancing:



Fan of strictly? Learn to bust some shapes on the dance floor from our resident sequence dance instructors Ted and Sheila, you’ll be fox trotting and char-char charing your way around the Christmas party dance floors!!


Zumba fitness:

Zumba is a Latin inspired dance-fitness class. It incorporates Latin and world styles of dance creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow and work to sculpt and tone the entire body without you even realising you are working out!

Over 40s exercise:

Gentle exercise class designed to get your heart pumping and increase your cardiovascular fitness, come along and join our fun work out class.
